Omnibus Strikes a Massive Deal

The digital comic book store and reader app add another publisher to its radical roster.

Omnibus Massive Deal

For the last several months, Omnibus has been the mighty sponsor behind our Referrals segment on the podcast. We've adored the partnership as Omnibus is making great strides in the digital space, creating a warm, welcoming, and friendly online comic book store experience. Such accessibility is essential to putting our beloved medium in as many hands as possible, and we've delighted in watching more and more comics publishers add themselves to Omnibus' shelves.

Today, we learned that Massive, the comics publisher responsible for Zorro: Man of the Dead and The Exiled, has joined Omnibus' already impressive roster. Good on them. They see the good deal going on with Omnibus and want to partake in their radical party. Of course, they previously partnered on Zorro's digital fulfillment, and that success must have shown the publisher the potential of Omnibus' elite squad.

Since we've partnered with Omnibus, we've seen them grow tremendously. We're always excited when listeners tell us they've begun their Omnibus journey, making wishlists, pulling books off digital shelves, and giving them a browse like they would at any brick-and-mortar operation.

If you still need to give them a look, here's a great reminder. Not ready to download the iPhone app yet? That's cool; you have a browser, and you have access. CLICK HERE to check them out.

Omnibus Adds Massive to Publisher Roster

[Brooklyn, NY] Omnibus has added Massive Publishing to its impressive roster. Omnibus will be the exclusive digital distributor of their catalog for a period.

Zorro: Man of The Dead’s smashing Kickstarter success started the partnership between both companies as Massive worked with Omnibus to provide digital fulfillment to all project backers. The project finished as one of the top 20 all-time most funded projects in Kickstarter’s Comic Books category, raising over $302,000.

“Omnibus focuses on carrying top-tier publishers and content, so we knew we had to get Massive onboard. We have loved working with them and have been anxiously awaiting the addition of their amazing catalog since we launched Zorro’s digital fulfillment.
