'BRZRKR' Goes Hard in Issue 3

We've got a first look at 'BRZRKR' #3 and it is bloooooody good.

The Keanu Reeves comic is becoming something more than the Keanu Reeves comic. BRZRKR's first two issues, co-written by Reeves and Matt Kindt (Whalesville! Read Whalesville!) and illustrated by Ron Garney, were rad little action comics with an intriguing mythology percolating below the violence. How did B become such an immortal kill machine? There is an answer.

Issue 3, out on June 16th from Boom Studios, promises to plunge further into the backstory and deeper into the rivers of blood. Below you'll find the first few pages from the comic, and wooooooo - boy! Ron Garney is going so damn hard with his pictures. His hero tears through swaths of meat, and there's a lot of red to go around. If you're gonna call your comic BRZRKR, you better deliver on the action mayhem. Garney ain't playing.

In addition to the preview pages, Boom Studios has also provided an early look at several variant covers. Each one is prepared by a master. We've got Rafael Grampá, Jeff Dekal, and Jenny Frison. Nice! We don't go in for variant covers often, but Jenny Frison? We sometimes fall prey to her lovely prints.
